Welcome to the Athletics ACT online entry registrations for the All Comers Individual events to be held in conjunction with the AACT Combined Event Championships. The Combined Event championships will be held over Saturday 12th January and Sunday 13th January 2019 at the AIS Athletics Track, Bruce ACT. Individual events are on offer both on Saturday and Sunday.
Athletes must enter using the On-Line entry system. The On-Line entry system will close as at 9:00pm on Thursday 10th January 2019. The Entry Fee is $7.00 per event to a maximum of $22.00. Entry can be made on the day but a higher entry fee of $15.00 per event (maximum of $48.00) will apply. Please note that entries submitted via the online system require payment by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal. If you have had problems entering these Championships using the On-Line Entry system, you must contact the AACT Office (6253 4420 or email@example.com) no later than the day entries close. As the office closes at 5:00pm, this means contacting the office before 5:00pm on the day entries close.
Please note that entry to specific events, whether on-line and/or on-day, may be closed early where a large number of entries for a specific event are received.
Entrants must be registered with Athletics ACT, Little Athletics ACT, ACT Veterans Athletics or another AA member association if travelling from interstate/overseas. All athletes are to wear their current season registration bibs.
The time indicated for each event is as per the draft program of events. These times may be varied - it is the responsibility of the athlete to check the final program of events which will be available approximately 2 days prior to the Multi Event Championships.
Please ensure you read the event information waiver section, which lists the Championship rules and procedures, prior to submitting your entry and payment. The waiver appears when you commence the online entry process by clicking ‘register’ above.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct:
AACT Club (must turn 12 before 31 December 2019);
ACT Little Athletics (must turn 12 before 31 December 2019);
ACT Veterans Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.
In entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered. Please take careful note of the seed performance format. As an example, if you enter "2.21" for the 800 metres, it will be interpreted as 2.21 seconds. This will result in a "NT" entry against the seed performance, with the seeding in the event based on this (ie you will be seeded in the slowest heat).
If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against Competitor Information Options.
Athletes entering events using this On-Line entry system must check in to their events at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. Athletes who fail to check in prior to the close of the event will be removed from the event.
All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
